Where do I start? I can’t begin to tell you how much I value what Rick did for me and my family over these past eight months. Hurricane Milton took out my mother’s house, and Rick provided the most incredible Assistance throughout the entire process of working with a difficult insurance company.

Rick was completely and entirely professional throughout the entire event. His knowledge and understanding of the insurance world is next Level. He understood every aspect that we needed to And walked us through every step along the way. His emails, communication and follow up were absolutely incredible. His attention to detail was absolutely perfect. Related to all of the documentation that was required.

I’m not sure we would’ve been able to get through this entire process without Rick‘s guidance. I would recommend Rick to anyone that has a claim or is working with a difficult insurance situation. I can’t say enough about what he did for me and my family throughout the entire process.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Rick was key in getting my insurance company to pay my claim. With his help I received the funds to repair my house after major damage due to a fire. The insurance company tried to underpay but when I involved Rick the claim went in my favor. I would never have been able to capture the funds they owed to me for the repairs necessary to live in my home again without Rick‘s help. My advice to anyone with an Insurance claim is to involve Rick as a Public Adjuster immediately. Don’t wait, do it right away and so you can have your home restored and peace of mind.
